Does anyone else think Obama looks like a bobble-head doll when giving speeches?

I saw his speech in Orlando this morning and all I could think was that his head was going to fall off. He never looks straight ahead into . He just keeps going back and forth between his TelePrompter screens. Maybe if he wrote his own speeches he could look at his audience while he's talking to us instead of reading a TelePrompter like a talking-head news anchor.
