How to establish residency in Florida?

I want to go to become a pharmacist. To become a pharmacist, you take 2-3 years of prerequisite cles (bio, chem...) at a college then apply to a pharmacy college. I live in Ohio but want to go to school in Florida. If I go to UF/FSU/UCF etc for 2-3 years, can I establish residency while going to school full time, then apply to a pharmacy school in Florida as a resident? Please explain. Thank you!
