Im flying to bali with qatar from Heathrow to doha stopping at kuala for a refuel are we allowed off the plane

just wondered if we are allowed off the plane at kuala lumpur (we are stopping at kuala for approx 1hr 50) and if we are where are we allowed to go? would appreciate anyone letting us know, many thanks
