Please help me explain why my account was suspended?

Creating multiple accounts and using them all to report a specific user is blatantly against the rules. Also simply disagreeing with another user's viewpoint is not grounds for reporting. Questions such "Why Bush has such low disapproval?" and "When will Bush presidency come to an end?" are not violating community guidelines or TOS.
