Stop being scared of needles?

Ino its horrible, im in year 8, and have to have the 3 cervical cancer needles in my arm eevry few months. The first one, i was fine with, since id not had one since i was a beby, second one i was terrified because you know whats coming, and im dreading the 3rd one. Its just mind over matter, just relax, take deep breaths and get it over and done wiht thats what i gotta do :. xx
