Please help me... Pains on my side.?

im sure this is normal. but consult your doctor about this. I know tylenol is safe to take during pregnancy but if you'd like to be sure, double check with your doctor or the pharmacist. THe pain can be cause by the uterus and your ligament stretching to make room for the baby. As long as you're not bleeding then I'm sure you and the baby are ok. goodluck
