Does anyone know what "Fa Fa Fay" or "Fa Fa Fey" means?

I know this is a bit odd, and I know there will be those who will answer like idiots for the easy points, but I would really like to know. I had a dream about a woman I was going to meet near a fence. She had a cat, and I saw the cat first, then she walked up to me on the other side and called me 'Fa Fa Fey' in a "I missed you so much" sort of way. I know this sounds silly, and I agree, but I just wanted to throw that word or name out to see what comes up. Is it anything?
