How can I surprise my partner with a marriage?

I would like to bring my partner to Machusetts and surprise her by getting married. I would like to propose and immediately get married. We are from NJ. Without sounding bold, she will definitely accept. But how can I do this without her knowledge? I would like to propose and get married right away. I know we both need to present paperwork and medical certificates. But is there a way we could do this later and have the ceremony right away? Does anyone out there know of anyone or anyway this can be done? By the way, we are s/gay. Thanks and shhhh, don't tell her
