How is the health insurance bill in the Senate going to lower costs?

It won't. Even the CBO ysis said that the average premium would rise. Democrats claim that this is more than offset by Government subsidies. The glaring question, though, is who pays for those subsidies? You and I, through taxes. As fervently as Liberals would like to believe in the free lunch, it doesn't exist.
