If I get married in about 5 years from now, should i tell my future wife then about my bi polar disorder ?

If I end up in 5 years having problems getting a girlfriend and having to result in getting married in an arranged marriage arrange by my mother and my aunt in Vietnam, Should I tell my future wife when i marry her about my disorder ?? I'm wondering if any wife can tolerate a bi polar manic husband ? I mean when I'm calm, I'm the nicest guy on earth but when one of my episodes come on, it's like Dr Jekyll and my Hyde. I'm on medication prescribe by my family doctor, I just saw him today for depression.
