Is there a way to cure syphilis without a prescription?

I believe I have syphilis, as I've looked up symptoms and am showing one or more. I have NO money and won't for a while. I want to know if there's anything I can do, myself, to cure syphilis before it's too late or, if there are any COMPLETELY FREE services for such a thing. Please help. I may be about to start a new school and a new job. I'd like to start clean.
