Need a good multi-purpose "budget" computer system.?

The best deal I have found out there is at TigerDirect. Its a refurbished quad-core with a lot of power for 619 dollars. Check it out, it has a warranty, I would buy it but already have 2 pcs. The 64bit os. makes it fast as well.
