This is a sensitive question...?

According to law, a 15-year-old is not able to give consent for , even if he/she desires it. That does not mean that giving consent is illegal or a crime; it is simply not recognized by law enforcement personnel as a legal right to those "under age". There is no law against bearing or parenting a child (unless the child is abused or mistreated), so whether or not consent for is given under or over the legal age of consent, child-bearing and rearing have nothing to do with consent to . The two are apples and oranges, and are not interchangeable things.
