Am i doomed to just being "cute" for the rest of my life because i'm short & not growing anymore?

You're not doomed whatsoever. People calling you cute shouldn't worry you. Take it as a compliment and go along with it. Eventually a guy will find you and find you beautiful for who you are cause cute is just like a little flirty compliment you know? If you want to feel more feminine maybe change your look of makeup and clothes, not saying that you dress like a child or anything! But if people see you changing yourself they might see you in a different light. Don't think you have to stoop down and dress like a to get different compliments just be yourself. Doing those things might make you look more mature and you'll loose the "cute" compliment.
